Arabic-first site for a 23-storey residential tower in Mecca, sold off-plan.

challenge

Buyers choose an off-plan unit in Mecca on two numbers: how far it is from the Haram, and how many square metres they get.

approach

A bilingual Next.js and Prismic site that defaults to Arabic and mirrors properly, with unit types, floor plans and areas held as content, and a token-authenticated area for the paperwork that locks after five failed attempts.

outcome

180 furnished units across 23 floors, from 83 to 211 square metres, published with the walk to the Haram and an enquiry form that asks when to call.
