Using the site

You may browse the site, share links to it and contact us through it. You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
• send spam, malware or content that infringes someone else's rights through our forms;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or the systems behind it;
• disrupt the site or put an unreasonable load on it, including through automated requests.

Inquiries, quotes and projects

Sending an inquiry, booking a call or filling in a questionnaire does not create a contract. Prices, plans and timelines shown on the site are indicative and may change. A project only starts once both sides sign a written proposal or agreement, and that document then governs the work, including scope, fees, payment, intellectual property and confidentiality. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed document wins.

Careers

Applying for a role does not guarantee an interview or an offer. Only send documents you have the right to share, and make sure the information is accurate.

Intellectual property

The site's design, code, text, photography, film, illustrations, logos and the Cairo Studio name belong to Cairo Studio or our licensors. Client work shown in our portfolio belongs to the respective clients and appears with their permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Short quotes with a link back to the source are fine.

Third-party links and tools

The site links to and embeds services run by others, such as Cal.com, Instagram and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

Disclaimer

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be available, error free or free of harmful components, and articles in our journal are general information, not professional advice for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Cairo Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protections the law of your country gives you.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
