About the role
You will run the day to day of our client projects. You hold the schedule, run the check-ins and keep clients informed.
You will not design or write code. Your job is to make sure the people who do have what they need and know what comes next.
Our clients are in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and France, and most projects ship in Arabic and English, so you will often coordinate across time zones and two languages.
What you'll do
- Own the schedule, scope and staffing across active projects.
- Run weekly team check-ins and client calls.
- Be the first person clients come to with questions or concerns.
- Keep a clear view of studio capacity and what is coming up.
- Improve how the studio runs day to day.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years managing creative or technical projects at an agency, studio or in-house team.
- Comfort with at least one project tool such as Linear, Notion or Asana.
- Strong written communication.
- Calm under deadline pressure.
Nice to have
- A background in design or engineering before moving into project management.
- Comfort with light financial work like invoicing.
- Arabic and English, written and spoken.
