Senior UI / UX Designer
Lead design on our product and brand projects, with strong opinions on Arabic typography and the confidence to present them.

About the role
You will be the senior designer on our client projects. You sit between strategy and engineering, own the design system and keep pushing the work after it first looks finished.
Most of what we design ships in Arabic and English, for clients in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and France. You need a clear point of view on Arabic typography and the ability to explain it to a client.
You will work with the engineers from wireframe to launch, so the design that ships matches the design you made.
What you'll do
- Lead UI and UX on client projects from first idea to launch.
- Own the design system for each project, in Figma and in CSS variables.
- Run discovery and ideation sessions with clients.
- Work with engineering from wireframe through QA.
- Support the junior designers in the studio.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in product or brand design at an agency or studio.
- A portfolio with range, covering system work and expressive marketing pieces.
- Strong Figma skills.
- Comfort presenting to senior decision makers.
- Working knowledge of Arabic and English typography.
Nice to have
- Light prototyping in code (HTML, CSS, a little JS).
- Background in editorial or print design.
