About the role
This is a role for someone early in their career. You will work on real client projects from your first month, with senior designers reviewing your work before it reaches a client.
Our clients are in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and France, and most projects ship in Arabic and English. You will learn how bilingual brands and sites are put together.
We expect you to ask a lot of questions. The goal is that you grow into a much stronger designer here.
What you'll do
- Support senior designers on live projects with moodboards, assets and layouts.
- Own small pieces of work from start to finish, like a social launch or a set of pages.
- Take notes, ask questions and ask again until it is clear.
- Prepare files cleanly so engineers and other designers can pick them up.
What we're looking for
- A portfolio that shows taste. School work and side projects count.
- Comfort in Figma and at least one of Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign.
- Curiosity and the patience to take feedback.
Nice to have
- An internship or some freelance work.
- A side project you would enjoy talking about in the interview.
- Some experience designing in Arabic.
