Branding & Identity — A brand your team can actually use.

Strategy, naming, identity systems and the assets your team needs every week, designed in Arabic and English from day one.

How we work
Strategy, naming, identity systems and the assets your team needs every week, designed in Arabic and English from day one.
We sit with the founders and the team, absorb the business, the market and the ambition, and collect every existing asset. The brief is rewritten together until it is sharp enough to design against.

Frequently asked
Strategy first: positioning, audience, tone of voice and a messaging framework. Then the identity itself: logo and wordmark, Arabic and Latin typography, colour, iconography, motion rules and photography direction. Finally the system your team uses every week: brand guidelines, social templates, presentation and document templates, email signatures and an organised asset library. Packaging, signage and print are added when the business needs them.
Strategy decides what the brand stands for, who it talks to and why anyone should choose it over the alternatives. The logo is one expression of that decision. We always start with strategy because a beautiful logo on a vague position gets redesigned within two years, while a clear position makes every later decision, from the website to the ad copy, faster and more consistent.
Always, from the first concept. We pair or draw Arabic and Latin typefaces that share the same weight, rhythm and personality, design the wordmark in both scripts, and test every application in both directions. The result reads as one brand in both languages rather than an English identity with an Arabic version bolted on at the end.
A focused identity for a single product or company takes 4 to 6 weeks. A full system with packaging, many applications or several sub-brands runs closer to 8 weeks. Naming adds one to two weeks at the start. Most of the calendar is research, review rounds and your feedback, so a responsive decision-maker on your side shortens the timeline more than anything we do.
Pricing depends on scope, not on hours. A wordmark with basic guidelines, a full identity system, and a system plus packaging, naming and launch assets sit in three different ranges. We quote a fixed price per phase after a short call and a written brief, and we split payment into milestones tied to strategy, identity and handover so you always know what you are paying for.
Yes. We start from the positioning and generate naming territories, then shortlist names that work in Arabic and English, sound right when spoken on the phone, and have an available domain and social handles. We run preliminary trademark and linguistic checks before you fall in love with anything, and we recommend a lawyer for the formal registration in Egypt or the Gulf.
Two or three distinct directions, each shown on real applications such as a website header, a social post, packaging or a business card, so you judge a living brand instead of a logo on white. After you choose one, two rounds of refinement are included. In practice most clients need fewer, because the strategy stage already removed the big disagreements.
Yes, and it is often the right call. We audit what the brand has earned, keep the recognisable parts, and fix what is holding it back: usually the typography, the colour system, the Arabic version and the missing rules. A refresh takes 3 to 5 weeks and protects the equity you have built while making the brand feel current and consistent.
A conversation with the founders or decision-makers, access to whatever exists already, from old logos to sales decks and customer feedback, and a single point of contact who can gather opinions and give clear answers. If you have no brief, we write one together in the first workshop. You do not need a name, a tagline or a colour in mind.
That is the goal. You receive a guidelines document that explains the rules in plain language, editable templates in Figma, Canva or PowerPoint depending on your team, an organised asset library with every logo version and file format, and a working session where we walk your team through it. Many clients keep us on for campaigns, but nothing depends on it.
You do. Full rights to the logo, the identity system and every deliverable transfer to you on final payment, along with source files in Illustrator, Figma and InDesign. Licensed typefaces are purchased in your company name so you hold the licence directly. If we draw custom lettering or a bespoke typeface for you, that is yours too.
Yes. Packaging, labels, stationery, menus, signage, wayfinding, merchandise and launch collateral are all part of the same system. We prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, colour profiles and dielines, coordinate with your printer in Cairo or abroad, and supervise proofs so the printed brand matches what you approved on screen.
Yes. Early-stage brands need a clear position and a flexible system more than a big launch kit, so we scope it accordingly: strategy, name, logo, type and colour, plus a pitch deck and a landing page that let you raise, hire and sell before the product exists. The system is built to grow into packaging, apps and campaigns later without a rebrand.
Yes, and it is the most efficient path. The people who designed the identity carry it straight into UI/UX design and web development, so the type, motion and voice land on the site without translation loss. We can also produce the launch content, from photography to social reels, so the brand shows up consistently on day one.
By designing the rules into the tools people actually use: templates with locked type and colour, design tokens for your developers, and a guidelines site rather than a PDF nobody opens. We also offer a light monthly retainer for new applications and campaign assets, and a yearly brand check-up where we review how the identity is being used and correct drift early.
